It's EASY! Just deposit your "Use Time" into the Tricom Realty Services, Inc. (TRS) Owner Rental Program and put your week(s), or increments of your week (two night minimum) to work for you!

The Owner Rental Program is available through Platinum Interchange in conjunction with Tricom
Realty Services, Inc. (TRS), a licensed real estate company in California.
After you sign the TRS Exclusive Rental Agreement, the Owner Rental Coordinator will include your "listed Interval" for rental in the Platinum Interchange
Getaways program. There is no guarantee that your Interval will be rented, whether as a full-week or in increments. (Note: Certain restrictions may apply, so please call the Tricom Realty Services, Inc., Owner Rental Coordinator).
You have a dedicated and licensed Tricom Realty Services, Inc., Owner Rental Coordinator, who is available to provide services and answer your questions.
You do not have to deposit your full week. . . you can rent your week in increments (two night minimum).
If your "listed Interval" does not rent, you can use the un-rented time, or you can deposit it with Platinum Interchange for a future Exchange.
Your "listed Interval" is listed on Platinum Interchange's website.
Your "listed Interval" is listed in the Global Distribution System (GDS) which is available to any of the thousands of Subscribed Travel Agents worldwide.
Available to Discount Rental Programs & Publication and our database of timeshare owners that call the Platinum Interchange reservation center.
To deposit your Interval into the Owner Rental Program, you must first contact your home resort and make your "Use Time" reservation.
Then, act quickly by calling the dedicated Tricom Realty Services, Inc., Owner Rental Coordinator at 1-714-696-3315 or email: ownerrental@tricomrealtyservices.com. By acting quickly, this provides you with an opportunity to maximize the Program for you. Remember: There are NO GUARANTEES that your Interval will be rented, whether as a full-week or in increments. (Note: Certain restrictions may apply, so please contact the Owner Rental Coordinator).
Once the Owner Rental Department receives all your pertinent information, we will promptly send you a TRS Exclusive Rental Listing Agreement. Then, immediately return the Exclusive Rental Listing Agreement to TRS along with a $37.00 non-refundable annual processing fee (per Use Time reservation) payable by check, MasterCard®, Visa® or money order (endorsed to Tricom Realty Services, Inc.), and we will assist you in putting your vacation to work for you!
The Owner Rental Department must receive your completed Exclusive Rental Agreement along with a $37.00 (non-refundable; per Use Time reservation) annual processing fee payable by check, credit card or money order no later than 45 days prior to the arrival date.
How it works:
Complete and return the TRS Exclusive Rental Listing Agreement (all sections must be completed in order to process your application) along with a $37.00 non-refundable annual processing fee ($37.00 per Use Time reservation).
If your week or increments of your week (two night minimum) rents, your check is mailed within approximately 30 days after the departure (or check-out) date of the rented time. Remember:There are no GUARANTEES that your interval will be rented whether as a full week or in increments.
If your week or increments of your week do not rent, you may elect to use the unrented time yourself OR you may elect to request for the Owner Rental Coordinator to automatically deposit your unrented time 14 days prior to the arrival date with Platinum Interchange® for a future Exchange. Platinum Interchange is the independent Vacation Resort Owners Exchange Service provider and Rental Company of choice since 1979. Note when automatically depositing with Platinum Interchange: If the unrented Use Time is not one full week (seven days), it may be used for a partial Exchange through Platinum Interchange; however, such a partial Exchange through Platinum Interchange may only be booked 60 days or less at a Tricom Management mangaged resort only. If the unrented Use Time is one full week (seven days), it may be used for an Exchange through Platinum Interchange up to 24 months from the arrival date.
Your listed interval may be rented in increments (two night minimum) or in full.
